Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is £2.99 on all orders or FREE when you spend over £29.99!

Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days using Royal Mail Signed For Second Class. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the goods have been dispatched.

Next Day Delivery

£6.99 delivery charge for Next Day Delivery. Order by 3pm for next day delivery, 7 days a week. (orders placed after 3pm will be delivered on the following day).

Once you have received your order dispatch email you will be able to track your UK delivery via the link sent to you on your order confirmation.

Cancelling Orders

a) You may only cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Cancel your order by notifying us in writing. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.

b) If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned below. The products should be returned in an unopened, unused condition and at your own expense to

We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.

c) You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

e) If there is an error or fault with the product ordered in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 2 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. Please send the goods back at your own expense to PDX Ltd c/o My Natural Smile, Haddenham Aerodrome Industrial Estate, Thame Rd, Haddenham, Aylesbury HP17 8LJ. The goods will then be quality inspected, and if a fault is found, a refund will be issued.

f) If there is an issue with delivery and your goods have not arrived, please notify us within 5 working days in writing, stating your order number. If it has been deduced that your goods were not delivered as a result of courier fault, we will endeavour to re-send you out your goods as soon as possible.
